Slice kumaras into wedges and place on a slightly greased oven tray. Sprinkle with salt. Bake in a hot oven at 180ºC for one hour. Drain on a paper towel before serving.
Place wedges on a serving platter. Dollop on sour cream and finish with a drizzle of sweet chilli. Assemble condiments by scattering them over the kumara wedges.
