Small beauregard kumara portions, a convenient option for a roast meal, addition to pies, pancakes or mash. They range in size roughly from 25 – 75g, heat-treated for stable refrigeration, before being free-flow frozen.
How to Cook:
Beauregard kumara variety is best cooked straight from frozen, as they tend to fall apart if they are par-boiled due to their soft texture.
Brush with oil or butter and place in a preheated oven for 15 – 20 minutes or until soft right through and slightly crispy and golden on the outside.
