Kumara Dip


1 can reduced cream
1 sachet bacon & onion soup mix
1 tsp white wine vinegar
½ - ¾ cup cooked, whizzed kumara
1 – 2 bacon rashers, chopped, cooked until crisp


Combine reduced cream, soup mix, and vinegar in a bowl. Mix well.
Stir in kumara. Add bacon to cream mixture.
Cover and chill for about 30 minutes.

Serve with Pita Bread cut into wedges, brushed with olive oil and covered with sesame seeds. Grilled for 5 - 10 minutes or until crispy.

Serves 6

Also great served with the good old Kiwi "Chips n Dip".
