Kumara Crisps

Ingredients:

4 large gold kumara
Salt

Instructions:


Peel kumara and slice into 2mm thick slices, lengthways down the kumara. Pat kumara slices in a paper towel to dry. Heat up the deep fryer (or you can use a frying pan with oil). Once deep fryer is up to correct temperature, put the slices in, making sure they don’t stick together in one clump. Cook for 2-4 minutes or until crispy and golden. Remove and drain on another paper towel. Sprinkle with salt to taste.

Serve with sour cream or your favorite dip.
