Kumara & Bacon Kebabs

Ingredients:

4 large Fieldco kumara
12 rashers streaky bacon
Kebab sticks

Instructions:

 

Peel kumara and cut into small bite size pieces. Boil in a pot until just cooked through. Be careful not to over cook them.

While kumara is cooking,  soak kebab sticks in a jug full of water. This stops them burning on the BBQ.

When kumara is cooked, thread 3 - 4 pieces onto kebab sticks with the bacon wrapped between them.

Cook on the BBQ for 15 - 20 mins or until the bacon is crispy and cooked.

Serves 8 - 12
